Q.What do you do for basic cleaning?
A.We clean entire living area, such as floor, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and windows.
Q.How do you clean floor?
A.We use steam shampoo machine for carpet cleaning, and mop for wood and PVC tile floor cleaning. We also clean with special care for delicate wood floor as well.
※Please consult us about wax.
Q.Do you clean windows?
A.Yes. Large glass windows or glass doors will be very clean.
Q.Do you clean kitchen?？
A.We clean kitchen including oven, duct and fan, sink,cabinets and refrigerator as requested.
Q.How long do you need for basic cleaning?
A.It’s usually 2 hours cleaning by 2 cleaning crews.
Q.Do you clean light fixtures?
A.We always have male crew in a team, so we can clean light fixtures and even change a light bulb if necessary. (Please supply new light bulb)
Q. Which one will come men and women?
A.Normally one man and woman will visit your house.
Mainly man cleans window and floors, women cleans bathroom and kitchen.
Both of them, can’t be nominated crew.
